Is anything that won't be included in grab bags?

Yes. Sweatshirts, Number (uno, dos, tres, etc.) tees, and Hermano/Hermana/Abuela/Abuelo tees won't be included in the grab bags or as a mystery item. But otherwise we're pulling from everything we've ever released and even some never-before-seen items!

Will we be able to specify what we want? What if we get items we already have?

These will be a complete surprise! To make sure not to get items you already have, try sizing up! Or if you get a duplicate, you can save it to use as a gift (Bilingüitos tees make amazing gifts) If you get an item that doesn't "speak to you," feel free to gift it to someone. ^_^

How will we know what we got?

When it arrives to you in the mail! The ULTIMATE surprise! 🙊🙌🏼

Material and Fit Information?

All of our shirts are either super soft 100% ringspun cotton or ultra-soft cotton/poly blend. General sizing info is this: all of the shirts are printed on unisex garments. For ladies, we recommend ordering your normal size for a relaxed fit, or a size down for a more fitted look. For guys, we recommend sizing up for a looser, more relaxed fit, or order your normal size for more fitted look.

I don't see my size listed?

We're sorry! Adult grab bags come in XS - 4XL, kid items in 2T - YL/XL, and baby items in NB - 24M. But if a size is not listed, then it has been sold out. :(

Processing Time?

We are a small operation (just me and my husband working from home with a preschooler + newborn) doing this from our home office. We do not have Amazon-style turnaround time, so we thank you for understanding that and for your patience. We will be processing these orders with our regular 3 - 5 day processing time, and then shipping is another 2-5 business days after that.

Shipping Details?

Shipping is flat-rate $5.99 for under 1 lb, $8.99 for over 1 lb. (PS -- 2 or more grab bags will push it over the 1 lb threshold.) We ship through USPS, 2 - 5 day shipping (after processing time, see above). Once shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS CAREFULLY before checking out, make sure your apartment/unit number is listed in the Address line.

Return/Exchange Policy?

All sales are final for grab bags, no returns or exchanges. Of course if there is a problem on our end, we'll make it right. Please inspect your item for imperfections and let us know within 3 days of receiving your order.

I ordered the wrong size! Can I return/exchange?

At this time we are unable to process returns/exchanges. Please review product's fit information (listed in an answer above) so that you can order the best size. Of course if we messed up and sent you the wrong size we will make it right!

Care Instructions?

To properly care for your garments and preserve them in the best state possible, wash them inside-out on cold and tumble dry low. Do not use an iron directly on the printed graphic. Test out any laundry stain remover on a small area of the shirt before using it on the full garment. For stain removal (i.e. on light color shirts), we recommend Puracy stain remover. It works WONDERS! In our experience, it's been able to get out ANY stains. We don't fear stains on our daughter's white shirts at all because of it!
