Material and Fit Information?

All of our shirts are either super soft 100% ringspun cotton or ultra-soft cotton/poly blend. Each item in this collection has material and fit details in its product listing (click on the shirt to go to its full listing). General sizing info is this: all of the shirts are printed on unisex garments. Items run pretty much true-to-size but when in doubt, size up, because our bilingüitos are always growing!

I don't see my size listed?

For our kids' items, we typically stock sizes 3-6 months through Youth Medium, and sometimes even NB through YXL. If you don't see your chiqui's size listed in the product page, then it is unfortunately sold out or unavailable :(

Processing Time?

We are a small operation doing this from our home office, with a four year old and a brand new baby. We do not have Amazon-style turnaround time, so we thank you for understanding that and for your patience. For spring of 2024, we are processing all orders with a 6 - 8 day processing time, plus shipping is another 2 - 5 days after that. :)

Shipping Details?

Shipping is flat-rate $5.99 for under 1 lb, $8.99 for over 1 lb. Orders with more than 1 sweatshirt or more than 4 t-shirts will push the threshold over 1 lb. We ship through USPS, 2 - 5 day shipping (after processing time, see above). Once shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS CAREFULLY before checking out, make sure your apartment/unit number is listed in the Address line.

Return/Exchange Policy?

At this time, we're unable to offer returns or refunds, unless the product is defective/there was an issue on our end. In that case, we will send you a pre-paid return address label and then issue a full refund upon receiving the unwashed, unworn garment. :) If the item has already been washed or worn, we cannot process a return/refund.

I ordered the wrong size! Can I return/exchange?

At this time we are unable to process returns/exchanges. Please review product's fit information carefully (listed under each product on its listing page) so that you can order the best size. Of course if we messed up and sent you the wrong size we will make it right!

Care Instructions?

To properly care for your garments and preserve them in the best state possible, wash them inside-out on cold and tumble dry low. Do not use an iron directly on the printed graphic. Test out any laundry stain remover on a small area of the shirt before using it on the full garment. For stain removal (i.e. on light color shirts), we recommend Puracy stain remover. It works WONDERS!
