Return/Exchange Policy

At this time, we're unable to offer returns or refunds (unless it was an issue on our end, of course). 

We are a small shop and items are made in small batches or Made to Order, so all sales are final. This also means we are unable to exchange sizes. Please review sizing and fit information carefully so you can order the best size. See material and sizing details here.

Damages & Issues with Order Policy

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if anything in your order is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If there were any issues on our end, we will of course make it up to you. In such a case, we will send you a pre-paid return address label and then issue a full refund OR send a replacement (if available) upon receiving the unwashed, unworn garment. :)

Please note that you must let us know about a defective product within 7 days of receiving the item. If it has been longer than this time, or if the item has already been washed or worn, we cannot process a return/refund.

Care Instructions for garments

To properly care for your garments and preserve them in the best state possible, wash them inside-out on cold with like garments and tumble dry low. Do not use an iron directly on the printed graphic. Test out any laundry stain remover on a small area of the shirt before using it on the full garment.
